The hotel is located in a lower area of the city, which makes it very convenient for exploring Patong. You can easily walk to the beach in just 15 minutes, and the biggest shopping center, Jungceylon, is less than a 5-minute walk away. The staff at this hotel are excellent and speak good English, making communication a breeze. They are friendly and welcoming, going the extra mile to assist guests with any needs or questions they may have. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and come with complimentary water which is a nice touch. The hotel also provides free WiFi, ensuring that guests can stay connected throughout their stay. The basic amenities are provided, with a large safe in the room for storing valuables. The hotel also offers rooms with balconies, which provide a nice outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views.

All was ok.

The location was good, it was 5 min walk to jungceylon shopping mall, 3 Min walk to bangla street, and 5 min walk to the banzen market and night food street ( which opens at night near to banzen market). The fast wifi , and the fact that everything was new.. It was so new that they were still fixing up the lobby when we arrived. But room has large fridge, tv with lots of channels (esp movie channels), wifi speed in room was fast, Hot water. So bare necessiteis was there.

Some noise during the day, as they are still doing up the hotel, lobby, cafeteria not ready.but I think it is there as renovations was still ongoing.

Only a 10-minute stroll and you reach jungceylon. We dined at Eddiez Nutrition, that is just 400 feet away. The location of the property was very good...

The bed was super spacious and comfortable, no complaints whatsoever! It made for a great home base during our vacation. We were really happy with our choice 🌟.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, organizing trips and providing great service. The housekeeping is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the beach. Great value for money.

The staff was amazing and the hotel spotless. It was close enough to the beach and the craziness of Patong without having to stay in the middle of it. Fantastic hotel!

The hotel location was far away from most of the major shops, but it was just a few minutes walk to Banzan Markets, which had cheap and delicious foods on offer. There's a 24h food mart nearby, which was convenient. the room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a mini bar, just like being at home.

There were few amenities, which left us wanting more.

Very good hotel. The staff are all very helpful and smiling. The room was good, clean and had all what I needed. The location of the hotel is also very good compared to the beach , Shopping center and Banglaroad.

I recomend to choose hotel room away from street. The main street next to the hotel is very Noisy all night.

A glass door to the shower area inside the bathroom would be a good idea. you will need a special socet adaptor to use electricity for mobile charger...etc but its avilable anyway at the nearby store for around 1 USD

The hotel's location was perfect - close to shopping centers, nightlife activities, Banzan markets, and the Jungcylon mall. The hotel team was very friendly and helped me book trips for a good price. The housekeeping was also perfect, keeping the room clean throughout my stay.

Bugs in room. No window in room. Very noisy. Tried to fool with payment. They took money at the beginning and tried to get one more time money at the check out.
